Colleagues: do you have a pre-walker with strong head/neck or a toddler and now you/family want to go hiking or trekking on foot without that stroller? Read on.. Getting Hot Out! From Masks to Face Shields

In our household for these long, COVID-19 days of shelter-in-place, we actually wear masks inside the house, whenever we can remember to do so. I'm sure this seems a bit extreme, but we thought this might be a good idea since we have some high-risk individuals in our family circle and research indicates that  corona virus particles can spread from talking loudly, even from asymptomatic carriers  (as well as the larger droplet methods you've already heard about). Wearing something on your head or face also makes it harder to touch your face and breathe on the smaller heads running around the place. If one of us does become sick, we think that doing this now would make us more practiced with wear this kind of gear, which is a habit that actually takes time to "set."  And we would also know who has a hard time with compliance and not! Outschool for Curious Minds and Busy Parents

Almost a year ago, we discovered Outschool and since then, it has become a regular part of our weekly activities. Outschool is a marketplace of live online classes for kids ages 3-18. With mass school closures designed to slow the spread of COVID-19, Outschool’s utility, ease of use, and awesome teachers will likely now get a chance to shine, while helping lots of families. The online class provider just announced it is now offering $100 in free classes to families (in need) whose children attend public schools.
